Terms of service
These terms cover your use of this website and your membership of our correspondence administration service.
What the service is
We are a correspondence administration service. We compose, send, log and chase formal emails on your behalf, under your written instruction.
We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. We are not authorised to give regulated financial advice. We do not represent you in court or at a tribunal.
Your instructions
Every instruction is given in writing and kept in your case file. We prepare and send emails to creditors and debt collection agencies on your behalf under your signed Letter of Authority, and every email sent is visible to you in your portal.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, and for the underlying matter itself. If information changes, tell us so we can correct the record.
Membership and fees
Membership is charged monthly in pounds sterling, in advance, at the rate for your chosen plan. Basic includes up to six instructions or account dealings each month, Advanced up to fifteen. Follow-up emails to creditors and debt collection agencies are included free on every plan. There is no setup fee.
You can move between plans or cancel at any time. Cancelling ends your membership at the end of the month you have already paid for.
What we do not do
We do not give legal or financial advice, we do not take on your case as advisers, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome from a creditor or organisation. We are responsible for the correspondence itself — drafting it properly, sending it, and chasing it.
Refunds
Where correspondence has already begun in a month you have paid for, that month is not refundable. If we have not started work, tell us and we will put it right.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. The version published on this page is always the one that applies.
